I'm a wife & a mother myself who truly enjoys curating a life I don't need a break from. I love sweet red wine, lazy Sunday's and traveling the world. I also am what I'd like to call a 'wanna be' flower farmer and soaking up the summer sun in the garden is another pass time of mine.
I began capturing images digitally and have since incorporated film into my photographic process, allowing me to offer the most timeless images to my clients. Film photography has given me a passion I can't find anywhere else. It forces you to slow down and be intentional with every photo you take, allowing me to truly create art with each love story I photograph.
My passion is producing images that feel like home, ones that will be passed down in your family for years to come!

Whether it’s the blue ocean water of California or the sandy shores of Lake Erie my family and I love spending time by the water. It’s so peaceful, usually involves the amazing food and the best part? I get to channel my favorite style - coastal grandma. Many of our families summer nights involve time spent on the water at Cedar Point. It’s definitely why I feel right at home photographing weddings on Catawba Island. There really is something to be said for Lake Erie love.

Vintage & eclectic treasures immediately catch my eye. I have mastered the art of thrifting thanks to my parents and grandparents. We spent many summers as a kid going to yard sales and sifting through antique shops. I’m sure it’s because of this that now as an adult spending an afternoon at the local Goodwill bins is by far my favorite pastime. Old patchwork quilts are my favorite thing to collect - if it looks like something your grandma used to have then I gotta have it!

I've had three babies in four years. And while it's the hardest thing I have ever done it's also the most magical thing I have ever had the privilege of being apart of. I get to spend my days with wiggly little toddlers on my lap begging me to read another book. And my evenings rocking a tired baby to sleep in my arms. In my heart that these are the best years of my life.

Farming is a huge part of my life. My husband is a 4th generation farmer & I actually graduated from Ohio State with a degree in agriculture. I joke that we raise quality local beef & free range kids. We love selling our all natural beef at our local famers market & we also grow corn, soy beans, wheat & hay as well. Giving my kids the gift of growing up on a farm is such a joy.

Truly, my feelings can be summed up in this excerpt from Brendon Burchard's 'The Motivation Manifesto':
"It’s as though they imagined themselves standing before their Creator at the end of their lives and having to answer questions: Did you use the time I gifted you each day to be a purposeful being? Did you follow your own path and make your time count? How faithfully did you tend to the dream I sowed in your soul?”
